I can’t turn on the news without seeing at least 10 people with thoe surgical masks on. They’re usually Japanesse; which is another question all together. Swine flu!! Swine flu!!! Oh my god, it’s right behind us!! RUUUNNNNN!! Alright, the surgical masks everywhere makes me wonder if this is our generations “Duck and Cover”. You know those nuclear attack videos they would show in schools that would tell the children to “duck and cover” to avoid being hurt by a nuclear bomb. These surgical masks, in my opinion, are kindof the same thing. “Hey, there’s this virus going around killing people…….but don’t worry, because if you put this piece of thin cloth over your face you’ll be safe. Trust us!.”
