Saturday, December 26th, 2009Most countries are in panic mode over a flu bug that has killed only a few people, regular flu kills 35,000 people each year.
Eygpt is slaughtering pigs by the thousands.
Other countries have closed borders and have prevented international travel.
Our own wants to shut down all schools.
Face masks have been flying off the shelves.
The area in which I live have been quarantining people who have returned from mexican cruise. We were also supposed to have a state track mete, which my son was supposed to be competeing in, but it has been postponed because of it…no one here is sick. It doesn’t make any sense.
Obama said last night and I quote: “And everyone should rest assured that this government is prepared to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to control the impact of this virus.”
What to you make of all of this panic?
Honestly I don’t think that it is a naturally mutated virus, so many factors would have to occur for it to be possible. Something about this whole thing is just not right. What do you honestly think?
